FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What information do you need to have to get started locating my biological mother?
The more information you have, the better. If you know her name, where you were born and when, it will be a big help. If you know anything else with regard to her age, her family or even what state or city she came from, please let us know. However, we can start with much less. All of that will be discussed in your free consultation.
Will you contact my birth mother for me?
Yes. We realize this is a very emotional undertaking. Once the birth mother is found, we'll contact her and determine if she is willing to talk to you directly. That way, we will break the ice. Then, if she is agreeable, we'll arrange a conference call whereby you can exchange information if you so desire.
How much does it cost to locate my biological mother or father?
If you have considered locating your biological parents but thought it was too expensive, think again. Our fees are quite reasonable as compared to other companies. We realize times are tough, and we can work out a scheduled payment
if you need to do so. During your free consultation we'll discuss our fees clearly so you will have a complete understanding of what it will take.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Unfortunately, there are times when people simply cannot be located. We will exhaust every possible method and provide you with what we find, but you must know going in that the possibility exists they may not be found.
How long does it take to locate a biological parent?
There are some instances where the biological parent can be located within a very short period of time, particularly if you have an abundance of information before-
hand. There is no clear cut answer, though. If the parent has an unusual name it may be easier, but in the case of a common last name like "Smith", it may take longer.
